trinity of food, movement, and spirit

In a world eager to tell you how to be well, we’re awfully sick.

My work is rooted in directing individuals back to themselves… back home.

Growing up, food was a language of love in my Arab and Italian household. This heritage imbued me with healing wisdoms, of which I've integrated into my wellness business, Stardust Standard.

As I’ve battled with severe gut imbalances, chronic hives, allergies, and hormonal imbalances, I carefully uncovered the healing powers of holistic healing. Thus, I found the healing trinity to exist within the intersection of food, movement, and spirit.

May you feel the intention, care, and culture behind our work together.

To achieve balance you must first prioritize listening to self, before listening to others.
